Founded in 1994, Huasheng Seed Group Co., Ltd. is the National credit backbone enterprise of vegetable seed industry, the National key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization, the National crop seed formation enterprise, the member of the World Seed Federation (ISF), the member of the Asia-Pacific Seed Association (APSA), and the executive director unit of the Chinese Seed Association.
At present, the company has R & D bases in Shandong,Hainan and Gansu respectively, covering a total area of more than 900 mu. At present, the company has more than 150 employees, including 56 breeders, 25 master and doctoral degree, cultivate 3 Taishan series of talents , 4 Kite industry leader. The company has scientific research and innovation platforms, including National postdoctoral research workstation, Shandong Huasheng Seed Science Research Institute, Shandong Provincial Cruciferous Vegetable Breeding Demonstration Engineering Technology Research Center, Shandong Provincial Vegetable seed Industry Technology Innovation Demonstration Alliance, and has jointly approved the establishment of the "Collaborative Innovation Center for High-quality and Efficient Production of Vegetables" with Shandong Agricultural University. Jointly build "Qingdao Agricultural University Huasheng Seed Research Institute" and "Qingdao Agricultural University Expert Academy (Workstation)" with Qingdao Agricultural University, and jointly build "Graduate experimental base" with China Agricultural University.
The company has been focusing on the breeding of high-quality vegetable seeds. At present, it is mainly engaged in the research of 16 kinds of vegetable seeds such as radish, chinese cabbage, pakchoi, squash, watermelon, melon, cucumber, pumpkin, rootstock, pepper, sweet pepper, tomato, eggplant, bunching onion, onion, celery. More than 300 varieties have been cultivated. Products are sold all over the country and exported to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, America, Australia and other more than 40 countries and regions.
